We are very pleased to announce that longtime LibDem Councillor Paul Holbrook has been elected Mayor of Hailsham. Paul has lived in Hailsham for over 40 years, and has over 30 years' experience as a Councillor, having served on both Wealden District Council and Hailsham Town Council during his time in Public Office.
Antony Hook, one of the LibDem's top candidates for European Parliament in the South East region - he's second only to Catherine Bearder, our only current LibDem MEP and therefore stands a good chance of being elected if turnout is strong enough - was out and about across East Sussex and Kent today, Saturday May 18th, meeting voters ahead of Thursday's European Parliament Elections.
