Keep Britain Tidy

District Councillor Jane Clark of Crowborough Central took part in the Keep Britain Tidy's Great British Spring Clean.

Cllr Clark said:  "The area I was clearing was along a busy road within my ward and the state of it had been raised with me by a local resident. I was happy to tidy it up.  I was also able to clear around a bin a bit further along where there was no effective lining and I was able to report that to the relevant Local Authority. I have asked for a list of bins in Crowborough.  Working out which authority is responsible for which bins has been quite challenge! It was a lovely day and as always a pleasure to be working in my ward and chatting to passers-bys."
